Dr. Linda Shin

Dr. Linda Shin is an endodontist in NYC bringing over thirty years of dental experience to her practice, with a career spanning cosmetic general dentistry, academic teaching, and specialized endodontic care. Born and raised in Michigan, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan, followed by a General Practice Residency at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Dr. Shin launched her career as a cosmetic general dentist, owning her own practice in San Francisco's Financial District and Union Square, while concurrently serving as a clinical faculty member at the University of California, San Francisco. In 2001, she relocated to New York City, where she continued practicing general dentistry and joined Columbia University College of Dental Medicine as an associate faculty member. It was during this time that she pursued her specialization in Endodontics at Columbia University, after which she continued to teach in the Endodontic Graduate Clinic on a part-time basis.
